Sleep
WHy do we need sleep?
|
As sleep is such a complex subject, and we aren't able to explore and map our brains in complete detail, the answer to the question remains to be seen. However, sleep is a time for our bodies to rejuvenate and rebuild injured parts, allowing for easy repairs when the certain parts aren't working at the moment. Think of sleeping as hard reseting a computer, us being the computers.
